Joan Natoma, age 20. Born in Sucka Free City. She's a Taurus as you can tell by the accessories and tat on her chest. On her arm is the horned heart. She resides in the heart of the Mission district.
The Character "Welsh" was created after watching Women's Beach Volleyball during the 2008 Olypics.
She is a Meso American futility priestess, before Spain's conquest. Her attire isn't based on historical fact. During my research, I found costume's related to that period. It's just a mash-up of ancient Central American attire.
